Maximum Accepable Level for Total Coliforms (CFU/100ml)

Swine – 0 cfu/100ml ideal, Less than 10 cfu/100ml warning

Dairy/Beef Cattle – 1 cfu/100ml for calves, 15-20cfu/100ml for older cattle

Maximum Acceptable Level for E. Coli (CFU/100ml)

Swine – 0 cfu/100ml

Dairy/Beef Cattle – 0 cfu/100ml
