Honeyland Ag Services announces Satellite Location for Cumberland Valley Analytical Services (CVAS)

Ailsa Craig, ON – Locally owned Honeyland Ag Services announced today that it will be opening a satellite location with Cumberland Valley Analytical Services (CVAS) in the second quarter of 2015.
The partnership will allow customers to utilize CVAS’s established forage and feed analytical services in Ontario. This will improve the logistics, sample turn-around time, customer service and cost of analysis without sacrificing the quality customers expect from CVAS and Honeyland Ag Services.
NIR analysis will be performed in Honeyland Ag Services existing facility in Ailsa Craig, Ontario complementing their current offering of soil and plant tissue analysis. CVAS will provide its extensive set of forage and feed chemistry services through Honeyland Ag Services.

Cumberland Valley Analytical Services was started in 1993 as a small chemistry forage lab serving the local dairy industry in Maryland and south central Pennsylvania. The founder, Ralph Ward, saw a need for forage diagnostic services that were not generally available to nutritionists, veterinarians, and others providing nutritional and management services for dairy managers.
